A premium showroom floor is only as good as the foundation underneath it. Before a single drop of product is mixed, our technicians painstakingly inspect every square inch of your slab. We utilize commercial-grade, rapid-cure concrete fillers to patch, mend, and mechanically level every hairline crack, deep pit, and spalling imperfection. When we are finished, your surface is flat, flawless, and structurally sound.

Once the raw concrete is open and fully repaired, we mix our industrial-grade, self-priming pure polyurea base coat. Our team carefully "cuts in" all the vertical stems, steps, and perimeter edges before rolling out the main surface. We use a precise rolling technique to ensure the polyurea is evenly distributed, allowing it to penetrate deep into the concrete's open pore structure and create a permanent, molecular-level bond that will never crack or peel.

While the pure polyurea base coat is still completely wet, we broadcast our premium color flakes into the matrix entirely by hand. Rather than skimping on material, we apply a massive, deliberate overload of flakes across the entire floor. This heavy broadcast ensures 100% rejection coverage, leaving the garage floor completely uniform in color, heavily reinforced in thickness, and beautifully slip-resistant.

Once the base coat has fully cured, locking the flake matrix in place, our technicians perform the refinement phase. Using heavy flat-metal blade scrapers, we walk the entire surface under intense pressure to slice down and cleanly "cut" any loose, sharp, or vertically standing flakes. We then perform an intensive, multi-pass vacuum extraction to clear away every microscopic particle, leaving the floor entirely smooth and ready for encapsulation.

The final step is the application of our crystal-clear, heavy-duty protective topcoat. We clear-coat all vertical edges first, then distribute the topcoat across the floor using an advanced sequence of squeegeeing and rolling. This meticulous technique prevents any unsightly roller lines or pooling, leaving you with a 100% UV-stable, chemically resistant showroom finish. You can confidently walk on your brand-new floor in just 24 hours and park heavy trucks on it after 48 hours.
